Tchouk'Bulle

Founded in 2012 by four Gruyère residents, the Tchouk'Bulle club celebrated its 10th anniversary. To mark the occasion, it invited all Swiss tchoukball clubs to a 26-hour match held from Saturday January 28 to Sunday January 29, 2023 in Bulle. 121 tchoukballers, mainly from French-speaking Switzerland and of all ages (from 10 to over 60) came to Bulle. In addition to the sporting aspect, "Play to Plant" was organized in the spirit of sustainable development. The drinks (syrups and tea) and food (ham and vegetarian sandwiches, fruit) on offer were produced by local partners, a recyclable crockery system was set up and waste minimized. In addition, a fund-raising campaign (84 private donors and 18 corporate donors) enabled the planting of 211 trees in collaboration with the social and environmental organization Almighty Tree.
